Heather Davis is a cross-disciplines expert Attorney of the Aberdeen Law Firm, PLLC. Her practice areas include family law, employment law, civil litigation, probate litigation, civil appeals, and corporate law. She is a Credentialed Advanced Mediator by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, she is a Texas license Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and she holds Master degrees in Accounting; Business Administration and Human Resources; and Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law.

She has worked in the law practice since 2020. She is a graduate of Schreiner University, University of Houston-Clear Lake, and the University of Houston Law Center. She was licensed to practice law in 2020.

She is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Houston Bar Association, the Family Law section of the State Bar of Texas, the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources section of the State Bar of Texas, Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law American Inn of Court, National Society of Leadership and Success, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Houston Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Society of Human Resource Management. Heather Davis also holds a Professional Human Resource Management certification from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and has completed Mediator and Arbitrator training at the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center.
